Spacious rooms with a fine sea view.

The indoor pool was annoyingly cold. Staff could be unfriendly and unhelpful. I experienced rudeness at reception when I inquired about my room access cards. The dining experience was chaotic, with the main restaurant overcrowded and noisy, negatively impacting my meals.

This hotel is super awesome! Good food, really nice spa with indoor pool, and the view over the black sea from the outdoor pool area is amazin! The staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean and comfy. Plus, its right on the beach with a nice restaurant terrace that has a sea view!

The hotel is super close to the beach which is private . Food was pretty good with a lot of choices and staff was really helpful. Couple of restaurants like italian and asian were nice. Room was big and clean but had to pay to use the safe. Free drinks at the beach bar from 10 to 5 is a cool deal.

Absolutely fine hotel, but it fell short of my expectations. The pools were that frigid even mermaids wouldn't swim! And not to mention, getting pool towels is a dreadful process. As a valued guest, an upgrade would've been lovely. Sincerly, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The noise levels from entertainment near the pool can be overwhelming!!! The limited availability of beach facilities, especially sunbeds, was quite frustrating during peak hours. Inconsistent room maintenance left much to be desired.

The food options were good and varied! The indoor spa offered a great escape from the heat, and the outdoor pool area provided fine views of the Black Sea. Mornings were relaxing as I enjoyed coffee while watching the waves from the restaurant terrace with a perfect sea view.

The outdoor noise from the promenade was a bit distracting at times.
